TYPE: 18th century house and garden conversion to apartments
Address: Newmarket, Suffolk
Built in 1734 in a classic Georgian style as the principal residence for the Exning Estate. Philip Webb created a substantial Victorian addition to the house in 1895 which is reflected in its current Grade II* listing. The most recent project involved the subdivision of the house into five apartments and the renovation of the garden to provide private external space.
